{{SPONSOR}} {{NEWSLETTERS}} {{SIGHTINGS_REF}} {{DESCRIPTION}}The contact shown is auto-detected from ad copy and public data. It's often a generic inbox or affiliate address, not the person who buys newsletter ads. Here's how to find the right person:
1. Look for "Head of Growth" or "Partnerships"
On LinkedIn, search for the company + titles like "Head of Growth," "Partnerships Manager," "Newsletter Marketing," or "Media Buyer." These are the people with budget.
2. Check their existing newsletter ads
Click "View Sightings" to see their actual ad copy. Sometimes the sponsor's contact or landing page URL reveals a team member's name.
3. Try the company website
Look for an "Advertise" or "Partners" page. Many sponsors list their media buying contact there.
4. Use email patterns
If you find a name on LinkedIn, most companies use firstname@company.com. Tools like Hunter.io can verify.
5. When in doubt, use the generic address
The auto-detected contact still works. Just write a stronger subject line since it's going to a shared inbox.
